Megandi's Dream is a girl’s leadership and empowerment program designed to build life skills and strong support structures to motivated girls between the ages of 13-17 who are ready to explore who they are and motivated to discover how they can develop into strong young women who passionately lead and positively contribute to their community.

The program offers interactive experiences where girls will be part of an environment where teamwork, peer support and role-modeling, as well as creative expression, problem solving, and leadership are exemplified and encouraged.
